I am going to try and go to a local celiac support group meeting in a couple weeks and one of the vendors attending is from Mr. Ritts bakery. We can pre-order items to pick up at the meeting.

Anyone have any favorites they want to suggest I order?!!

OMG! almost everything was great there. I dropped $61.00 in there in about 20 minutes! The biscotti was awesome, I got the orange almond flavored, my mom and dad finished them off and they arent celiacs. The brownies were to die for! The linzer tart cookies were better than any linzer cookie I have ever had. They had another cookie there too like a linzer cookie, I forget what they called it, but it was great! I tried their rye bread yesterday and it was great. I felt like I was eating real bread again! I have a blank cake in my fridge for my birthday next week that I havent tried yet, but I am thinking if its anything like the other stuff I will be happy with it. I also bought their pancake, waffle and tempura mix. It is the best! I made belgian waffles and fish and chips with it. It was expensive, but great. I hope this helps you somewhat. It wont be cheap there, but the stuff is goood!!!

Are you going to the group at Abington Hospital in Willow Grove?

If you are, make sure you buy out whatever the Grainless Baker brings with him.

It's SO good.

His carrot cake is AMAZING.

and pizza crusts are good too (Italian thin crust)

Haven't tried Mr. Ritts yet. Glad you asked.

I'll be interested to see what people mention.

I have been using the eye drops every hour and at night the gel drops as well as the heating mask. I have been traveling and kind of slowed on this routine, but it seems to be back a bit more now that I'm back at work (on the computer).  It seems strange to me that I would start getting this after a couple of months into the gluten free diet. Between this, the muscle twitches, the anxiety... I am quite overwhelmed. I can't find much on people whose eyes start getting dry AFTER gluten free.

Welcome to the forum, @warren031945! Use the search tool in the upper right corner of this forum page to find articles addressing your needs. I know there have been articles done on celiac.com dealing with the question of gluten-free cheeses and candies. Whether or not you could find something already put together in one place that is gluten free is another question, however.
