I am so happ! :D My son has been off of gluten for a little over a week. I weighed him this morning and he has gained a half pound! I know that doesnt sound like much... he lost 1 1/2 pounds b/f diagnosis and before that he had been th same weight for 7 months. He is 15 months old. I am so pleased! :rolleyes:

      Agreed. Dairy is just as bad as gluten for me.

      Many probiotics start with growing the bacteria on a dairy substrate leaving traces of dairy in the probiotics.   Many Celiacs react to dairy in the same way as they react to gluten because certain protein chains in dairy resemble gluten protein chains.   @Wheatwacked ferments his own pickles.  Perhaps he can chime in.
