Quantifying improvements

Hi

After going off gluten a couple of months ago I have noticed improvements in several areas. However, there has been a notable reduction in toilet paper use. Before: 100-120 papers after 10 visits. Currently: 10 papers after 10 visits, and I do not think there will be any reduction below that. I experience a notable shift in energy levels as well, and feel more joyful and suddenly I have started singing, which is unusual for me. Also skin rashes seem to go away. Any one here noticed a difference in toilet paper usage after quitting gluten?

Many people definitely notice this, as well as a reduced number of trips to the bathroom! I wasn't in the habit of counting my toilet paper usage, but can attest that the before vs. after going gluten-free was a dramatic shift in reduced trips to the bathroom.
