The Dr says I have to have more fiber or take miralax every day I called citrucel and ask them if the facility was gluten free if they made any products with gluten and a couple other questions they called me back because the lady did not know the answers and then they say well it's gluten free at 20 ppm but I am so severe that I can not have more then 5ppm and they didn't answer any of my other questions so what I need to know from you is do any of you take citrucel? What do you take for fiber I am also allergic to yeast , flax, quinoa so gluten free bread of any kind is pretty much out  thank you for your time I have no one else to ask I almost made it 3 months with out accidentally gluten and do not want to chance it

Have you looked at pure psyllium fiber power, which is available on Amazon? Be sure to get a brand that is certified gluten-free, as I have measured gluten in a brand that did not say "gluten-free" on the label.

      Are you using the same mixer that you used for your gluten containing baking? That could be your culprit.

      I would ask for a total IGA test (aka, Immunoglobulin A (IgA) and other names as well) to check for IGA deficiency. That test should always be ordered along with the TTG IGA. If someone is IGA deficient, their individual celiac IGA test scores will be artificially low which can result in false negatives. Make sure you are eating generous amounts of gluten leading up to any testing or diagnostic procedure for celiac disease to ensure validity of the results. 10g of gluten daily for a period of at least 2 weeks is what current guidelines are recommending. That's the amount of gluten found in about 4-6 slices of wheat bread.

      There was not a total IGA test done, those were the only two ordered. I would say I was consuming a normal amount of gluten, I am not a huge bread or baked goods eater

      Were you consuming generous amounts of gluten in the weeks leading up to the blood draw for the antibody testing? And was there a Total IGA test done to test for IGA deficiency?

      Thank you for the reply. It was the TTG IGA that was within normal limits
