Mask free and gluten free at the ball game

Our local minor league stadium is finally letting us fully vacinated folks attend games unmasked.  What fun!  However. the last time I went to a game (pre-celiac diagnosis,) a cold beer and a hot dog was part of the deal.  What to do?  I ordered a gluten free canned cocktail, which was served in a big cup over ice.  This was 90% as good as a beer!  Next, we bought some unshelled peanuts, and had a fine time cracking them open and eating them.  Instead of a hot dog without the bun, I ordered the more substantial cheeseburger without a bun, which came in a paper basket, with french fries.  I was able to get a plastic fork to eat it with.  I thought I adapted pretty well to enjoying a "normal" activity, with my new gluten free life style.  Of course, I took a Gliadenx before the burger and fries to handle the cross contamination.

Good call on the GliadinX, and I would just add that I have no issue bringing my own gluten-free buns with me to such events, or even to restaurants that don't offer a gluten-free bun. I usually just ask them to put the hot dog on a paper plate, and you'll do the rest.

is Gliadin safe to take regularly?  why can’t they make something like that to help us heal ?

I think you mean GliadinX...and they DO make something like it...it's available. Yes, it's safe to take regularly, I've been doing so for a couple of years now with zero issues. I've taken 4 at one time with no issues.
