Hi, two weeks ago I accidentally had two veggie burgers that had gluten in it. They were actually the Dr. Praeger’s veggie burgers but they weren’t from the Gluten Free line so I’m assuming that there was one in it because I felt glutened. Unfortunately after that I eat a specific cottage cheese that I think irritated me and made my symptoms worse. There may have been go in in that as well I’m not 100% sure. Anyway after figuring all this out I made sure to be 100% Gluten Free and I developed constipation which I know is normal, and then I developed a bit of heartburn and gas I know that’s normal, and then after that I became naucious. It is a week and a half later and I’m still nauseous all the time and have gas. I don’t know what has happened to me I don’t know what to do and I’m feeling really hopeless and nervous at the same time. Please help me and let me know if this is happened to you. Or if this is even normal. Looking forward to hearing from you

Most of us have been glutened before, especially those who eat out. Although a bit late, this article may be helpful if it should happen again:

I am not taking anything except for the multivitamins that I purchased from the supermarket.

The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.

"Doses higher than the RDA are sometimes used to treat medical problems such as vitamin D deficiency, but these are given only under the care of a doctor for a specified time frame. Blood levels should be monitored while someone is taking high doses of vitamin D." Quoted from the Healthline article @Yaya linked above...
