Aloha Protein bars say gluten free on their packaging.  It is not certified gluten free.  But let me tell you ... not gluten free!

I got extremely sick for 3 days after eating one.  Anyone else react?

I’m trying to figure out if this is what made me sick. I had been eating them for months with no issues. I got a new box and felt sick after eating one. I’m wondering if the is box had cross contamination.

It might be a good idea to call the company and ask if it could have been contaminated. This can happen, and the only way to know for sure would be to test a sample from your box/lot.

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".
