Is Ka'Chava Gluten-Free?
I contacted the company and they explained that the barley ingredient is taken from barley sprouts, not the mature grain head seeds. The sprouts do not contain gluten. Gluten production comes at a later stage in the plant's development. This is science. I found this comment section somewhat toxic by a few of the folks. My family has been consuming Ka’chava for the last two years. I am the only one with celiac in our house.
