Judy,

I tried to reply to the season salt question on the site, but

wasn't allowed too. So, I figured I'd pass it on to you.

The ingredients in our season salt is as follows.

Salt, Paprika ond other spices, Dextrose,

Dehydrated Garlic and Onion, Autolyzed Yeast, Dehydreted Tomato,

Hydolyzed SOY Protein(Caramel Color), Natral Flavors( includes Smoke).

I hope this will answer any questions that people might have. If not,

      Depending on which source you research sprouting or fermentation can reduce lectins. I sprout rice, buckwheat and quinoa. However, I admit that gas and intestinal inflammation still plague me after 5 1/2 mo gluten-free. I have been resisting but I may try the aip diet at some point.

      thank you knitty kitty. I will give those articles a read. Yes he is deficient in Iron and Vit D, that is all they tested for. Do you have any tips for finding a pediatric nutritionalist? He has an NHS dietician who has been helpful sending me generalised info on increasing Iron and cutting out dairy but they won't see him now for another year and I...
