What do you mean you may  have gotten glutened again? "my soup happened to have noodles in them." If the noodles were made of wheat, you did get glutened. Why did you eat it? Did you not see the noodles or not read the ingredients?

i did see them and they didnt say anything, i was also very hungry then out the blue i had this partial numbness feeling around my body.

So, are you trying to avoid gluten right now or are you still doing a gluten challenge?

mannybilly Rookie

i want to avoid it but maybe having these encounters can better help me with my appointment tomorrow

GardeningForHealth Enthusiast

Very curious to see all the test results once they have come in.

I fell like you are stuck in no man's land. Between not consuming enough gluten to produce valid test results but not willing to totally commit to a gluten free diet to see if your symptoms resolve.

Welcome, @Melvin McDowell! Just wanted you to know you are replying to a post that was made 21 years ago. It is unlikely that person is still monitoring this thread, especially since they are a "guest" poster and not registered as a member.

My feeling is that histamine intolerance/MCAS is doesn't get enough press in the medical world and is greatly underdiagnosed.

I just saw in Trent’s response something about the vitamins. Good to know.

Have you heard anything about being celiac and pills, vitamins not absorbing into your system?  I hope that makes sense. Basically, you don’t get the full effect. There is something that helps the absorption, like Vit C?? Thanks for all of your help.
