The other day I picked up some of the Breadless Coating chicken in the freezer section at Publix, you simply put it in the oven for about 20 mins ( 10 on each side), then enjoy! it was great It was the taste of chicken tenders! I just wanted to share this great gluten free meal option!

We love these. They're one thing that I cheat and deep fry, though. They're much better that way.

Is this chicken made just for publix or does it have a different name on the pkg? Would love to get it in my area but no publix here. Please pm me if it is not a publix brand...

thanks

Just picked some up! Not bad, but I will have to try deep frying it. :)

I have only seen it at Publix

Yes, a rule I usually follow. Pict Sweet was always known to be gluten-free and after many years of use with no problems, it's easy to forget to look.

"I am quite convinced this gluten is coming from exposure whilst eating out.  Small levels, that don't make me violently sick, but might give me a mild stomach upset." cristiana, are you saying this is your actual experience or are you speculating here?

I have tried many Vit D. Solgad is one that did not cause any problems. I take 5000IU. Most of their vitamins are gluten-free certified but this is not.  They can be purchased direct from Solgar or Amazon.
