I have been here many times and usually eat the salmon they have a gluten free menu, and I am goin back within the nest two nights what is everyones favorites?

I could live off of the Mama Mandola's soup (w/o pasta of course). I also really like the chicken bryan. That's probably my favorite. If I don't feel like having chicken, I usually get the shrimp scampi and a side of garlic mashed potato. The mashed potato is GREAT with the scampi sauce.

The Chicken Bryan is my brothers favorite too I have had a vegtable chicken soup im not sure the name but it was great, I might try the shrimp tonight!

i like all of there gluten-free chicken dinners. chicken bryan is really good- but the chicken marsala is wonderful too!

      The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

      Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.
