Is There A Sticky Somewhere With A List Of Things To Avoid For Going Gluten Free?

I am still searching the site and have come across a lot of stuff here but I can not find one thread or such which deals exclusively with a list of concerns for everyday use items. It is shocking to me to find that I will have to keep these things in consideration as well.

Other names for gluten if they exist would be great to know as well. I have the list of grains allowed thus far.

Thanks!

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

As Scott suggests, look into dermatitis herpetiformis. Also the rash there could be from SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or candida. If your regular doc won't investigate those possibilities, consider going to a naturopathic doc or integrative medicine doc.
