gluten-free Soy Sauce

I think I have found a gluten-free soy sauce.

It is made of black beans, salt, sugar, and glutinous rice.

I think "glutinous rice" has no gluten.

"yin you".

It is quite thick and viscous.

Gutinous rice is okay, no gluten.

I use San-J soy sauce and like it. They make it both with wheat and without -- I buy it without, of course!

Regular ole La Choy is gluten free too. You can get it right in the regular supermarkets. My supermarket doesnt carry San J.

I use VH soy sauce.

I have San-J at home. I bought a case of Kari-Out gluten-free low sodium soy sauce packets for restaurants. I thought a case was a lot, but I eat so much sushi!

I also use San-J.

It's not really soy sauce, but we use Bragg's Liquid Aminos around here like crazy!! Even the kids use it instead of salt, it's great seasoning for homemade soup, I put it on popcorn along with salt, Ghee and coconut oil. It's wonderful stuff!!

Thank you both. I haven't had access to the test results but will get them and post here.

The ulcers are prepyloric ulcers. Not sure if that makes any difference.

Duodenal ulcers are not uncommon either and often result from H.Pylori infections. https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/duodenal-ulcer

I had what was termed "lesions," and normally ulcers are in the stomach, rather than the small intestines. I'm not sure why they would want you to have her continue to eat gluten, since she had a positive blood test, but as her doctor said, if she is uncomfortable and having symptoms why not have her go gluten-free at this point? If her symptoms improve, it would be another indicator that she has celiac disease and/or gluten sensitivity. This article has some detailed information on how to be 100% gluten-free, so it may be helpful (be sure to also read the comments section.):
