Taco Tico

I couldn't find anything on the web for nutrition so I emailed them. Here is what they replied:

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately we believe that over 99% of our

products including our sauces contain small to medium amounts of gluten. I

hope this information helps.

So my DH has been assuming wrong when he thought ordering something with a corn shell was ok. Thought the rest of you might want to know in case you have Taco Ticos in your area. Oh well, one more restaurant we can't eat at.

I haven't noticed a problem with Old El Paso Tortilla shells.

As Scott suggests, look into dermatitis herpetiformis. Also the rash there could be from SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or candida. If your regular doc won't investigate those possibilities, consider going to a naturopathic doc or integrative medicine doc.
