People on here have been talking about reacting to Amy's products and cross-contamination issues. I've always been fine with the enchiladas, they've been great back up food for when I just don't want to cook.

I had the cheese enchiladas tonight and its 4am and I'm running to the bathroom with D every twenty minutes, and have horrible stomach cramps. I'm so irritated. I don't think I'm going to eat Amy's products again until they straighten out thier gluten free facility issues.

Grrrrr.

I hope yoo're feeling better

I've only had 2 of her products, I find them too spicy with my ulcer

I've reacted to some of their products, but not the cheese enchiladas before... but now you've got me worried. I was going to go pick up some more today, but I guess I'll hold off.

That sucks that you don't feel well. Hope you get some rest and feel better soon.

I finally got to sleep about 6am. Thank goodness its the weekend. I'm still gurlgy, but its calmed down a bit. I'm just exhausted and irritated. I just got over being really sick for a week because of an absessed tooth, so I was looking forward to having some off-work days being well, but so much for that. I think the thing that bugs me the most is the losing of something I thought I could eat. Ah well.

Ergh -- sorry to hear about that. I know how you feel -- I'm so jealous about the foods I can eat and my healthy-time now that I get super-frustrated when I have a setback because of something I'd previously thought was okay!

That sucks! Hope you are doing better.

I used to eat those all the time until my mom was glutened by them. It really made me start cooking so much because I would have them for lunches most days. I could find the cheese enchiladas in most normal grocery stores and walmart so they were perfect. I hope they get it together soon because I really miss their products.

I doubt very much that it contains any gluten. It works by producing an artificial blood clot, mixing 2 or more proteins found in the natural blood clotting cascade. These are refined from human blood donations. It comes in 2 vials that are mixed immediately before use and clot quickly.

This literally happened to me today I had gluten after not eating it for over 6 months doing the elimination diet has I'm trying to get help with a diagnosis I ate gluten a few days ago and then stopped  because I went for my blood test today unfortunately it's not enough has I've now learned from some helpful people on this forum it has to be a lot longer before a test but my food today was really salty I just thout it was me because I'd deviated off my diet but I definitely tasted my  food  salty so that's a very intriguing investigation for me now thankyou for the post

Here is more info about how to do a gluten challenge for a celiac disease blood panel, or for an endoscopy: and this recent study recommends 4-6 slices of wheat bread per day:
