It's in the August 2006 'Good Housekeeping'. A lady named Alice Bast, was sick for seven years and went through 20 doctors, and not a single one of them diagnosed her. I think it was her veterinarian (sp?) friend who said that she might have it. She had also had 3 miscarriages from it. It's a great article! I'll try to find it on the web. I thought it was great publicity for it though! Alice is trying to give it more publicity.

K I found it! It's a pdf. Here's the link:

Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.

Well I’m going on the gluten farewell tour so they are about to find out lol. I keep saying biopsy but yeah it’s a scope and stuff. I’m a dummy but luckily my doctor is not.
