I haven't tried it (I have a hard time imagining lentil pasta being good, but who knows!). Someone on the celiacbayarea list posted this e-mail they received from Pasta Pomo (a post dated 6/06):

>The brand that we use in our restaurants is

> their website:

> cooked in a separate pot of water.

> You may substitute the low-gluten pasta for any

> pasta on our menu.

> However, some of our sauces do contain gluten.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

As Scott suggests, look into dermatitis herpetiformis. Also the rash there could be from SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or candida. If your regular doc won't investigate those possibilities, consider going to a naturopathic doc or integrative medicine doc.
