oh ma gahhhh, y'all are killing me today.......if I were in a better mood, I'd a been HOWLING..... <_<

Yes, now........who IS that gorgeous Aussie woman? Is it our Llama lady? If I did not know better, I'd suspect that it is our Susie - - ya know, dingos = Australia, jewellery-making.....Susie! Is it YOU??

oh I WISH I were this gorgeous Aussie blonde! But......who IS it???? is it our LL? so confuzzled...

Allo in a bag?? (Will loves 'em)

Sophie still sick??

Frogs

*sniff* Alex's hearttouching dilemma (agree with everyone else)

Bev's lost her PICC  but gained a swimsuit

A Susie poop in

Laura's got double 'D's

Crap tumbleweeds and much, much more

Ho-hum...such is life in Sillyville........one day....soon....I will have something funny to say......

whinjebats and ho'tubs

OK . . . New Av . . . you can't tell in this "small" version, but my daughter is actually holding the twine alongside the stick pole. Twas a little over five years ago.

so cute!

Just noticed yer interesting spelling here, Nik. I must correct you - - we are getting a HOT TUB, not a HO' TUB. Though you know, my husband would much prefer a ho'tub....and we could definitely make some cash to help pay it off by charging neighboUrs to indulge....

 And think about Chow! He'd like it.....

Oh! I do, too!! Do you know that the word which, when enunciated, is the most flattering for your face, is lesbian? Not kidding....go check it out.

aaaaaaaand she knows this because........... ??

A webcam and a website a Bob's yer uncle.......pay for itself in noooo time

Something tells me I've just handed Janet an amazingly effective tool..........

*snigger* gee, ya think?

New Bumper Stickers:

Hot tubs, not ho tubs!!!!!!!!!!!

Herons, not heroine!!!!

I learned a new word I cannot help but using.......concatenate. Kurt used it yesterday and it became an obsession to me. It's a computer term but it means to join together as in "Let us all concatenate in the ho' tub and watch the heroine. Laura has the DD taken care of"

 so glad yer feelin' better Boevvy

Oh No . . . I would nevah take advantaje of someone's hot button . . . Sue and Lexi can vouch for me on that one!!

 <am certain to be emoti-busted>

OMG.......I know this........it will be unprecedented and.........unbelievable. It's starting to almost freak me out a bit - - I'm gonna be seeing all the funny words comin' out of everyone's mouths! (and perhaps some beautiful words, if anyone happens to say the word "lesbian"). No reading, but listening....and watching, as we'll be able to add some gut-busting visual humour, as well....

gawd  it's getting madder

110 degrees this weekend, my sillies - - arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and watched perhaps one of hte worst, most offensive and terrible and irritating movies I've EVER seen in my life.................. "Knocked Up" -- - I LOATHED it

TELL ME ABOUT IT!!!!!!!! <_< Alas, the good news, only 101 today  (downright CHILLY - am pulling out my woolens <_< ) but - a more civilized 93 degrees later this week. Tolerable. Supposed to go to Carmel w/ Gail........many of you may recall my wretched fourth of July last year.....my back was severely thrown out (and you should SEE my garden now - no more digging since then :( - but back is better), I was on the couch w/ ice/heat/drugs........got a reprieve.......got to go lie on the couch at the beach house for five days, in freezing July weather.........'twas bliss!!!!!!

Alas - Miss G invited Weezee and me again - we were to leave this coming Thursday.....and now G is not sure as has repairmen and such coming to her house...........b@#$%$#%............it was another July reprieve, there and then gone..... <so fleeting> I am begging and begging her......and using guilt, also

... . ..Ah!.. .. ..Independence Day.. .....we will be in NYC this year! :D Canada Day on July 1st, then off to the States for July 4th parties and parades.....a week of riotous debauchery and celebratory splendour. And a good deal of fireworks, I should think......

We'll be truly concatenating our holidays this summer.......

My favorite expression for that was always "Drop a Deuce." I don't know why, but it made me goggle the first time I heard it, and I still use it to this day.

My sister says this all the time and I always laugh, my coworker says a different saying I am not sure of the appropriateness of it so I will only give a preview....The ending is "Dropping off at the pool" I don't want to insert the name they use though.

Morning Sillies...I swore today was Weds...to much disappointment it is only Tues. I have so much to get done this week and I am not sure when I am going to accomplish it.

How is everyone else in SillyVille!

Doncha hate when that happens?

We are getting a break from the humidity today and tomorrow--it's positively refreshing this morning. More later--my computer wants to re-start due to updates, and I don't want to lose this <_<

Godd morning, Sillies!

Janet!! The biggest poopy-cow...!! Can you tell us a bit about this heinosity? Big development being erected nearby?:angry: Municipal zoning and bylaw departments can make one feel completely helpless - -we're just one tiny little cog, a number in the massive city machine......

I've got Jack pacing me on his bike for my morning run. It's quite phunny...he'll be WAY ahead of me, chattering away non-stop, and I cannot hear a word he's saying. Every now and then I'll yell out a "yeah"....or "really, eh?" At this time, I remain ignorant of all the brillliant thoughts that fly through that kid's mind..... . . .:lol:

@Sharke, The updated guidelines for a gluten challenge are to eat ten grams of gluten per day for two weeks minimum.  Lesser amounts of gluten (3 grams) don't provoke an immune response strong enough that the antibodies leave the gastrointestinal tract and get into the blood where they can be measured in tTg blood tests.   Have no doubt that the antibodies made in the small intestine are doing damage there, even if you don't suffer severe symptoms, yet. Did you react to barley prior to going gluten free? Have you been checked for chronic autoimmune gastritis which is another autoimmune disease that sometimes occurs with Celiac Disease? Have you been checked for nutritional deficiencies?  Thiamine deficiency (Gastrointestinal Beriberi) can cause constipation and/or diarrhea, abdominal pain, and weight loss.   Thiamine Deficiency Disorders https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8451766/

@sillyyak52, Count another one in the same boat!  My family has always been in denial.  They said my tummy aches were a ploy to miss school.  My parents passed from health problems associated with uncontrolled Celiac Disease (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and Glioblastoma brain tumor).  My sister still has her head buried in the sand.   I agree with @Rogol72, try the consequences of untreated celiac disease shock treatment.  Sometimes people are just scared of having to change their comfortable lifestyle.

I have never been tested for tTg 6 antibodies but I will certainly do that next time I'm at the doc's.  Maybe there's a home test kit for that?  I drink lactose free milk and seem to be ok so I'm probably not a casein case but...who knows?!

I take Life Extension brand Mega Benfotiamine, (250 mg with each of two meals) and Maxlife Natural TTFD-B1 Max Thiamine (100 mg).   I try to take my Benfotiamine and TTFD before four pm, otherwise I have so much energy, it can be hard to fall asleep.

Some people react to the Casein in dairy the same as to gluten, like me.  I avoid dairy avidly because I get ataxia so bad. Some Celiac people produce tTg 6 antibodies in response to gluten or casein.  tTg 2 antibodies are what blood tests for Celiac measure.  tTg 6 antibodies are also found in Alzheimer's and Parkinson's diseases, contributing to ataxia.  Have you been checked for tTg 6 antibodies?   P. S.  Can you share your B vitamin test results?
