Tylenol Adult Liquid Extra Strength

I've never been able to take pills so I've been taking Tylenol Adult Liquid Extra Strength for headaches for the last couple of years and now I'm wondering if it's ok to use. Sometimes I've thought that my headache got worse after taking it but I've got no way to be sure.

Does anyone know if there might be any gluten in it?
