I suggest you eliminate dairy from your son's diet next. Cow's milk protein, Casein, can trigger tTg IgA antibody production, the same as gluten, because casein contains segments of proteins that resemble gluten protein segments. I have ordered Domino’s pizza twice since diagnosis about 5 years ago. First time, I was OK. Second (and last) time, I was glutened badly. Never again! Cross-contamination is real - and I believe a serious problem with Domino’s.- celiac disease
