If you contact them they will give you a list. It is supposedly updated monthly with gluten-free products. With that said........I contacted them, got the list, told the manager about my diet etc etc.....and still got TERRIBLY sick eating with them. I won't ever go back there. So be very careful.

When visiting my in-laws, a large group of us went there specifically because they had a gluten-free menu. My 12-year old son is the one with Celiac.

The gluten-free menu suggested that he eat nothing fried - no tacos, no chips, etc. He does not like chicken, so about the only thing he cared to try was fajitas. They were served with cold corn tortillas (they would not warm them because of CC concerns). He ate a few pieces of meat and that was it.

We won't bother returning.

They do have a gluten free menu they update monthly. when you go in you can ask for it. The

manager came a talked to us. Any thing that is fried (including the corn tortilla shells they bring out with salsa at the beginning). I noticed on the gluten-free menu it stated the kids chicken meal, so I asked the manager if i could order that. I had a plain chicken breast (you can order a dressing to dip it in if you want) and you can get 2 sides I got spanish rice and veges. It was good and cheap.

I actually had a very good experience there. The chef/head cook came out and talked to me and suggested a steak (not sure how that's listed on their menu) along with mashed potatoes and grilled veggies. When I told him about my concerns with CC and mashed potatoes, he said that they make them fresh each morning and then portion them individually in plastic bags until serving time. He also made my food himself (cleaned the grill first) and actually delivered it to my table wearing this big white glove...we all laughed and said he looked like he was in a hazmat suit :). It was tasty and I didn't get sick, which is always a plus!

This was in Cary, NC. I was well taken care of and will return.

I did a gluten challenge. I ate bread yesterday. I immediately felt horrid. Depressed, fearful, angry.  I also had the weirdest night terrors and "day terrors" (delusions). They were do awful, that I am still terrified. How do gluten impact your dreams?

Thanks so much for replying!  No I haven't been limiting gluten prior to this test, I didn't know the Dr even tested for it until I got my results. These were the only celiac related pathology that was tested for. I am seeing my Dr on Monday so hopefully she can shed some more light!

New here as well lots of things learning I’ve discovered lots of foods have sneaky gluten so be mindful how is it going?? I have issues when I do cocktails 🍸 I don’t know if it is gluten free or not but get horrible side effects and so many others ooh well we are all learning how to cope with this….

Thanks a lot! I will search that too. I also talked to another doctor and she assured me there is no gluten in this type of antibiotics. Anyway i started the administration of Augmentin on my girl this evening. I hope there will be no problems.

Good afternoon, I don’t know if anyone here has ever tried Braswell’s products like their marmalades or jellies? Are they gluten-free? On the ingredients says “cane sugar, cherries (cherries, cane sugar), strawberries, corn syrup, pectin and citric acid. That ingredient list is from their berry preserve bottle. Most of them say the same for ingredients, but I’m not sure if it is okay to consume.
