First, I have a cold, can I take Sudefed or Nyquil capsules?

Second, how do I look up on the Delphi Forum medicine, I get to the website, but not sure

how to maneuver.

I saw some stuff online called Scot-Tussin, which is gluten-free. You would probably have to order though.

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
