gluten-free Bread From A Bakery?

My step-mom wants to get us some bread from a bakery. I see that allot of places ship. We don't seem to have a bakery near us without driving quite a few hours. We live in the midwest. Does anyone know of a really good bakery that makes delicious edible gluten-free bread? I have tried making some myself and have tried quite a few packaged breads but if the taste is somewhat ok I still can't seem to get past the texture. My daughter will eat some of the bread but is craving real bread as well.

I get my bread from knickiknick (I always spell that wrong!) or Celaic Specalites. Both also have great donuts, cinn. rolls, etc.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

As Scott suggests, look into dermatitis herpetiformis. Also the rash there could be from SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or candida. If your regular doc won't investigate those possibilities, consider going to a naturopathic doc or integrative medicine doc.
