Wendy's actually has quite a few things that are gluten free compared to most fast foods.

Caesar Side Salad - no croutons

Fruit Bowl with yogurt

Spring Mix Salad - no croutons

Taco Supremo Salad

Chilli

Fruit Cup

Burger - no bun

Baked Potatoes

I have had the mandarin orange salad with no problems. The manager where I went was also very helpful in selecting an alternate dressing as the one that is supposed to go with that salad has gluten in it. I had the honey mustard one, and it was delicious.

Certain Wendy's have dedicated fryers and some don't. Ask if they have a dedicated fryer. If they do, then their fries will also be gluten free. Woo-hoo!!

It could well be a new intolerance developing.  Does your diet incorporate pure oats i.e. those safe for coeliac consumption?  I find I can only tolerate a certain amount, same goes for dairy in fact, then I start to get gastric symptoms.   Or have you started consuming a new type of gluten-free bread, or more bread than normal?  I remember reading on this forum once a woman saying she had started to eat a lot of loaves made with oat flour and her coeliac symptoms kicked off again.  I am sure you know this, but some coeliacs cannot tolerate pure oats.

I eat a lot of dairy but its intermittent is this burning so I would assume it would happen all the time. Plus I have been tested for lactose intolerance  etc and I am fine and the other symptoms of that I don't get. As a aside  my dad died last month after a long illness so I wonder if the stress of that might be a influence as a bodily reaction to stress.

You should be fine.  You may start feeling better within a few days.  Someone who is very low in thiamine may notice improvement within hours.   Did you get the NeuroMag  or another magnesium supplement?

Yes Bobs redmill cgf oatmeal I started when I became gluten-free. So taking all 3 with breakfast should work? Will I notice any reactions getting used to these or should I be fine. Thanks
