im stuck on this one is it safe to eat maize and modifed maize starch?? i've looked every were and cant find anything out about it PLEASE help its in lots of things i eat??

Maize is just corn. So it's fine. Some manufacturers like to complicate things for us don't they? :rolleyes:

hi, maize is corn, so if you can do corn you can do maize. There is no gluten in it.

As long as it is not CCed it is safe. It is just corn.

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
