I already take calcium with magnesium and vitamin D (for osteopenia) and a B complex vitamin for B12 and Folic Acid deficencies, but want to add in a general multi-vitamin.

Anyone have recommendations of a brand?

Hey Jillian,

I use a multivitamin from this site:Open Original Shared Link

Open Original Shared Link because it is gluten-free and other 'free' things.

I have also used the One A Day products, also.

Centrum is gluten-free...as is Caltrate, if you need options for Calcium and D

One a Day Women's is NOT gluten-free, just FYI.

I buy the whole foods multi-vitamin...it says no gluten right on the label.

Do you know what the ingredient is that has gluten in it? I'd appreciate that info---thanks :)

I take Rainbow Light, the women's one-a-day multi.

Same with their 'food based' calcium. It's one of the only calciums that has the 2:1 cal:mag ratio. Even the CitriCal (which has the more absorbable calcium citrate form of calcium) with magnesium doesn't have *enough* magnesium.

I really like the Rainbow Light products too. I take their Healthy Family Multivitamin powder. In the past I took their Food for Life supplement as part of an antioxidant regime I had.

I have been using the eye drops every hour and at night the gel drops as well as the heating mask. I have been traveling and kind of slowed on this routine, but it seems to be back a bit more now that I'm back at work (on the computer).  It seems strange to me that I would start getting this after a couple of months into the gluten free diet. Between this, the muscle twitches, the anxiety... I am quite overwhelmed. I can't find much on people whose eyes start getting dry AFTER gluten free.

Welcome to the forum, @warren031945! Use the search tool in the upper right corner of this forum page to find articles addressing your needs. I know there have been articles done on celiac.com dealing with the question of gluten-free cheeses and candies. Whether or not you could find something already put together in one place that is gluten free is another question, however.
