Whenever i eat a lot of crappy food at night (sugar, candy, snacks), i wake up and feel tired, usually witha headache.

Eating later makes me feel sick in the morning, too. I tend to go to bed early, so a late dinner can really throw me. Hope you can work something out! Small snacks so your not as hungry when you get home from work?

@CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.

Yep, the edit window times out very quickly. It's okay. I got a good laugh out of it.

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

Hi, I would be open to having a paypal. I am celiac as well. And am struggling with all symtoms.
