Moving Rash?

I've posted a couple of times about the rash on my legs and recently about a new outbreak on my lower back. Well, the rash on my legs is fading and the rash on my back is growing. I started eating gluten-free several days ago. Would this be a "normal" dh thing?

Earlier this week I finished the 2 weeks of treatment a derm put me on because he thinks I had a staph infection and during that time I saw zero improvment. I just noticed that my leg rash was clearing this morning. So I'm wondering why the rash is fading in some spots and getting worse in others?

      Thank you!  I think what I'm currently worried about is, provided that my capsule endoscopy is negative and NCGS is then presumed, how to get a Celiac diagnosis down the road if I do go gluten free now and find relief (without worrying about cross contamination).  The gluten challenge seems like such a nightmare!  But, if my test results do indicate NCGS as a possible prelude to Celiac down the road, that makes me hesitate on how to proceed with or without gluten currently, whether to worry about cross contamination currently, etc.. I hope that makes sense!

      This one is likely gluten-free, with the possible exception of the Fragrance (Parfum), which might require confirmation from the manufacturer due to its proprietary nature.
