Are there other gluten-free foods with alot of calories I can give her to help her bulk up? Besides peanut butter? Thanks so much!

I love Van's Gluten Free Waffles, toasted with peanut butter and jelly. That might help a bit. A lot of the processed gluten free foods are high in calories.

As time progresses on the diet, she will gain weight.

avocados, coconut, beans/veggies cooked with plenty of oil, etc.

I've always like Gatorade, too. I know it's a little high in sugar, but drinks go down easily so I don't think one a day is going to be too terrible.

if she can have dairy try adding in a higher calorie gluten-free butter to everything she eats. Also whole milk and whole milk yogurt or heavy whipping cream.
