Clementimes are those tiny oranges that you can buy in a crate around Christmas time at the grocery store. They are seedless and very tasty.

Sucanat....from the recipe I am gathering it is some kind of sweetner....but I could be wrong. I can't seem to find though.

Here is a Open Original Shared Link to it using sugar

There are quite a few recipes out there for this.

Sounds good though. I love candied orange peel, dipped in chocolate even more so. I wonder if cocoa pwd dusted on top or shaved bittersweet choc would be good?! :P

I just got some sucanat from Whole Foods. It's dehydrated cane juice, versus the (now) more regularly found evaporated cane juice. It still seems to have a little bit of molasses, so it's kind of like brown sugar without the moisture content. Supposedly you can substitute it one to one for regular sugar.

Welcome to the forum, @warren031945! Use the search tool in the upper right corner of this forum page to find articles addressing your needs. I know there have been articles done on celiac.com dealing with the question of gluten-free cheeses and candies. Whether or not you could find something already put together in one place that is gluten free is another question, however.

I want to send my sister a cheese box or a gift basket of good gluten free tasting foods.  Suggest please? Thanks

Given that she had a weak positive tTg-IgA blood test for celiac disease, and she gets symptom relief from a gluten-free diet, she could be in a pre-celiac disease stage, and might develop full blown celiac disease (villi damage) if she continues to eat gluten. At this point, even though her biopsy is negative, she may want to stay gluten-free. As @trents mentioned, she likely has NCGS.
