I love my soups in the winter but I have to watch my salt and make sure its gluten free, salt free, soy free and vegetarian and vegetarian broths made up are so expensive. I came across this recipe and used it for my stuffing this past Christmas. I make mine without salt but my parents liked it with the salt better as they are used to salting their foods ~~

Chick'n Style Seasoning

1 1/3 C nutritional yeast flakes

3 T onion powder

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
