Hey guys,

I went to a Superbowl party last night, and someone brought a delicious artichoke dip (I'm sure spinich could be used as a substitute). Anyway, it is gluten-free without any adjustments to the recipe. Anyone interested? If so, I'll post. :)

Sure, I'll post. :) If you're cf, you may not be able to make this unless there are nondairy substitutions.

The Lady at the Superbowl party Artichoke Dip Recipe:

8oz. package cream cheese

1C sourcream

1C grated parmasean cheese

1 Can artichokes: standard can size (15oz?) not premarinated/drained well

A few dashes of tabasco sauce (or a substitute)

Season with garlic to taste

Bake at 350 for 30 min. or until bubbly on top.

This was excellent with chips (of course I couldn't have the crackers also offered).

Enjoy!

I do a similar dip"

Mayo

Artichoke chopped (canned)

Dash of Lemon Juice

Kraft Parmesan Cheese

Broil until bubbly and serve with rice crackers. It's yummy.
