Ive known i have hypercalcemia for a few months now, and at the time i was diagnosed i was told i seemed to be going against all the medical books my consultant had read, i had "sky" high TTG and IgA but negative biopsy and no symptoms, anemia which didnt seem to be caused by the coeliac (it was, but because there was no damage, he couldnt say it was definatly that from a medical point of few), i looked anorexic but was the perfect height and weight for my age and a condition that makes you unable to absorb stuff yet i had too much calcium in my blood that seems to be there for no reason.(Its not hyperparathyroidism they already checked that).

Anyway my question is do you have hypercalcemia? Or am i just backwoods (which wouldnt surprise me.. ive started having pain above my appendix/bowl FOUR MONTHS after starting the gluten-free diet and i know im not having any gluten at all, besides its a different kind of pain to the pain i started to get if i was CC'd)

I am not taking anything except for the multivitamins that I purchased from the supermarket.

The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.

"Doses higher than the RDA are sometimes used to treat medical problems such as vitamin D deficiency, but these are given only under the care of a doctor for a specified time frame. Blood levels should be monitored while someone is taking high doses of vitamin D." Quoted from the Healthline article @Yaya linked above...
