We went to Outback this week and I watched as everyone ate bread, soup and salad. I split my gluten-free steak and plain sweet potato with my dtr.

Then what I was waiting for. DESSERT! Normally we don't get dessert but they have this gluten-free flourless brownie I wanted to try.

It was sooooooooooooooo yummy! It was warm, chocolaty, soft, melted in my mouth, with a delicious chocolate sauce over the vanilla ice cream. They all mixed together so wonderfully. I had to fight my dtr for it. I think I am going back this weekend just for DESSERT! Best of all I didn't have to make it or ask 20 questions before ordering it.

The only cake things over the last few months are the Pamela's chocolate cake and Namaste Brownies. No comparison.

I LOVE the brownie at Outback. The last time we were there they treated me like a queen. Not only did the waitress make sure my entire dinner was great but when she brought out my brownie the manager came with her and sat it down before me. They checked on me several times and even offeres to box up the rest. It was wonderful. :lol:

      I love popcorn but it doesn't love me.  Right now my gut hurts and I am bloated and passing gas.  Am I just super sensitive. I thought popcorn was gluten free 🤔

      Hi James47, You are less than 2 years into your recovery from Celiacs.  Tell us more about the problems you are having. Do you just want to get rid of belly fat or are you still having symptoms like gas and bloating.    For symptoms you may need to change your diet and take various supplements that you cannot adsorb from the foods you eat because of the damage caused by the autoimmune reaction in your small intestine.

      My daughter (4 years old) has type 1 diabetes since she was 1. Therefore, every year a screening is done. We live in the Netherlands. Every year the screening was fine. This year here ttg is positive, 14, >7 is positive. IGA was in range. Could the diabetes cause this positive result? Or the fact that she was sick the weeks before the brood test?

      @DayaInTheSun what were the shortness of breath symptoms for you ? And did they come on all of a sudden or was it a gradual increase in said symptoms?
