I'm not sure if I have posted this before, but I made them yesterday, just ate a few leftovers, and want to share.

Take dried plums, wrap each with some prosciutto, put them on a skewer and grill until the prosciutto is crisp. You can also do it in the oven at 450 for about 15 minutes. The plums are very good for you, and most of the fat in the ham cooks off. A very tasty treat.

Fresh fig wrapped in prosciutto is also very good.

Please pardon my ignorance...but what is prosciutto? (Obviously it's a ham of some sort

because you stated so; I've just never heard of it). But I like plums and it sounds simple

to make. :)

Thanks! -Julie

Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.

Well I’m going on the gluten farewell tour so they are about to find out lol. I keep saying biopsy but yeah it’s a scope and stuff. I’m a dummy but luckily my doctor is not.
