My parents set up meetings with teachers when I was young and talked to them about it, and I still had some things that were problems(I went to a private school), but mostly they were good about it, now that I am in public school things are getting a lot more difficult. In kindergarten I ingested a goldfish cracker and was sick for 10 days while my distended stomach calmed down. If you don't mind me asking what city/town do you live in? I live in waterville. You don't have to answer if you are not comforable. Oh and maybe this would help you with your son, but Grand Central Cafe in waterville has gluten free pizza and its GREAT! I also just found out about Anellos Pastries in Wells, ME, that also sounds really good! Post back here if you want to talk or email me allisonnn04@aim.com or softballstarallie@yahoo.com, I check it everyday.

The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.

"Doses higher than the RDA are sometimes used to treat medical problems such as vitamin D deficiency, but these are given only under the care of a doctor for a specified time frame. Blood levels should be monitored while someone is taking high doses of vitamin D." Quoted from the Healthline article @Yaya linked above...
