Gluten Free Beer For A Recipe

Does anyone have a good recommendation for a gluten-free beer that is similar to Fosters? I am making a brisket with very easy and very tasty recipe--ketchup, onion, and a can of Fosters, but I want to make it gluten-free so my daughter can eat it. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!

The only brand I know of is Redbridge.

Yeah, Redbridge is the least expensive and easiest to come by. I had one another one awhile ago...it was a microbrewery and had the word "dragon" somewhere in the name. That's not helpful...sorry....Redbridge is probably the best, esp. for cooking!

      Thank you for your input!  I would really like to know if I have celiac disease because you need make sure you are not getting any cross contamination due to cancer concerns.  I guess I need to start with a knowledgeable Gastroenterologist. Thank you again!

      Correct. I’m doing both in the same go though. Thanks for clarifying before I confused someone. I’m doing a colonoscopy for something else and then they added the endoscopy after the test.

      It is a biopsy but it's not a colonoscopy, it's an endoscopy.

      Well I’m going on the gluten farewell tour so they are about to find out lol. I keep saying biopsy but yeah it’s a scope and stuff. I’m a dummy but luckily my doctor is not.
