I was flipping the channels last night and I couldn't believe it when I saw a segment on Celiac Disease on CTV News. For anyone who would like to see it here is the link to the video on the web

That's great! Fun to watch, cause I've never seen anything on the news about it. I went crazy though, when they wrote "allergic to gluten" on the bottom of the screen!...lol. And then the news person said "I'm a little sensitive to wheat." Maybe she has it? Great to see, though--thank you so much! :D

      @CeliacPsycho246, You might try cutting out dairy.  Some of us react to Casein, the protein in dairy, the same as to gluten.
