I thought i would write this to everyone that is looking to travel. My Husband and i just got back from our honeymoon and we went to the CoCo Bay Resort in Antigua. Cute little couples only place. I was glutened only once and it was by my own bone headedness. I ordered an "asian pork stir fry" which came with rice. Silly me forgot about soy sauce and they put the meat in tortilla shell. Pretty sure it was a flour shell because 1/3 of the way through eating it, i felt really full (one of my new found symptoms over the past 6 months going gluten-free) so I stopped eating it. Breakfast they had pancakes and omlettes and fresh fruit. All the eggs were cooked on a completely separate surface from the pancakes (SCORE!). Had to stay away from bacon though...they put bread at the bottomof the pan to absorb the grease. Sigh...bacon is my weakness - very hard to say no. All the wait staff was very helpful with my diet and let me know what was safe and what wasn't. Although next time, I def need to travel with some Lara Bars since the flight to and from left me VERY hungry!!!!!

Just thought I'd let everyone know in case they wanted to find another area to travel to but were unsure.
