 Dh has dirty aquarium gravel in mine. It stinks! He thinks I'm still going use this thing after he disinfects it! I think not! ;)

It's my grandson's aquarium. It was a clogged up mess when we found it this morning. I thought his mom was taking care of it. She's been awfully busy between working and going to college full time. I think she's just worn out. My poor dd.

Oh well, I love my dh to pieces, but I am getting a new colander!

Just in case Santa hasn't finished shopping for you yet, now you know what to ask for!

Hmmm, makes a good case for giving the fish gluten-free food too eh? :D

Goofy man  He washed it all up. I'm still not using it for anything except cleaning the fish tank from now on. I'm going shopping tomorrow and a nice new colander is on my list. ;)

I love this man to pieces. We've been married for 36 1/2 years now, but there is only so much I'll put up with! He needs a job. Retirement is driving me crazy. He has too much energy to sit at home. He's taking things over that he knows nothing about. My housework! He has his chores and I have mine.

Oh and he broke the aquarium! Joey has a new one now and a few more guppies to go with it.

I am not taking anything except for the multivitamins that I purchased from the supermarket.

The critic acid and sodium citrate is corn unfortunately and they don’t have to label corn because it’s not part of the top 9 allergen and not mandatory 😭

Yaya, from the JAMA study you refer to: "Taking 60,000 international units (IU) a day of vitamin D for several months has been shown to cause toxicity." No one on this forum is recommending  taking anywhere near that amount. We're talking about 5-10,000IU daily.

"Doses higher than the RDA are sometimes used to treat medical problems such as vitamin D deficiency, but these are given only under the care of a doctor for a specified time frame. Blood levels should be monitored while someone is taking high doses of vitamin D." Quoted from the Healthline article @Yaya linked above...
