Starbucks 2009 gluten-free Pilot Program...

I just saw on a google search for starbucks and gluten that they are looking for feedback from people who follow a gluten-free diet about how to best provide gluten free options. Baked goods, etc. Many people have already contributed (300 I think) but if you are a fan of lattes like I am... and drool over the brownies but can't have one... then let them know!

ZOMG! Yippeee! I've been avoiding Starbucks like crazy for the past few months because I can't drink caffeine and they have all those pastries I get to stare at and worry about and I don't want crumbs on my coffee filters. This is friggin awesome! Thanks for the link!!

I just got back from Starbucks--of course I brought an Enjoy Life bar to have with my tea :D

Thanks for posting this--I will respond today!

a friend who works at Starbucks told me she thought they were leaning in the direction of test marketing pre-packaged gluten-free snacks that would be displayed not with the food (to avoid cc) but with the 'products' - mugs, etc.

stay tuned!

I hope you meant "pen pal" instead of "paypal".

As Scott suggests, look into dermatitis herpetiformis. Also the rash there could be from SIBO small intestinal bacterial overgrowth or candida. If your regular doc won't investigate those possibilities, consider going to a naturopathic doc or integrative medicine doc.
