my sister came and babysat for us so we could go out and we went to Romios in greenwood... they have a HUGE gluten free menu! you can get...

pitabread, garlic bread, cheesebread, breadsticks.... pizza, pasta, soup, salad, gyros, subs etc etc etc.... amazing!

when we went they were all out of their gluten free pizza crust (they get all their gluten-free baked goods from Davincis) so I went with the fetuccini alfredo... its better than the "real thing!" it comes with soup or salad and gluten-free garlic bread (it even has the air bubbles in it it was sooooooooo good! definitely will be going back there!

my husband and I ate there for less than $30 (before tip... and just water to drink) it was definitely worth it!

My husband and I just ate there! We started with the gluten-free pita bread and baba ghanoush. Then we had paninis. His was regular and mine was gluten free. However, he ended up eating half of my sandwich claiming the gluten free bread was better than the regular! The portions were huge and the prices were very reasonable. We also stopped by the Flying Apron Bakery. It was FANTASTIC!

We really enjoy the pizza there too. But I don't see it as being a cheap meal, one smallish pizza is close to $25.00 (23.95 is the lowest) and I don't find it to be very filling. I view pizza crust as toppings are the filler because the gluten-free pizza crust isn't filling in my mind. That said I love to eat the pizza there!

Welcome to the forum, @Newhere19, I agree with @Beverage about getting a DNA test for Celiac genetic markers and trying the gluten free diet.   An endoscopy would be able to check for visible damage and allow biopsies to be taken to examine for microscopic damage.   Some people have camera endoscopy.  Would this be a possibility?   Sending encouragement.  You've found a tribe that understands.

I got an official diagnosis from a naturopathic doctor, based on: 1. Very high blood antibodies 2.dna test and 3. Response to gluten free diet. I'm in the United States and have had absolutely no push back ever. My step granddaughter received an official diagnosis from an MD based on high antibodies blood test only. She's also in the U.S. and was told docs in U.S.are doing this more often now. I'd try a different doctor if you can.
