Hi, I know I've written about Longhorn before, it's our favorite restaurant. I thought the french fries were making dd sick but we get them without the seasoning and they are fried in a dedicated frier.

They have a gluten free menu in their store which has the ribs on it so I've been getting that for the girls. But last night I figured out it's the ribs that have been making her sick. It turns out they can't tell me what is in their seasoning mix for the ribs that they cook in all day. I wrote them an email last night. If it's interesting I'll post the response. I searched for their menu online last night and could not find it.

      I did see that one!       Welcome to the forum, @Newhere19, I agree with @Beverage about getting a DNA test for Celiac genetic markers and trying the gluten free diet.   An endoscopy would be able to check for visible damage and allow biopsies to be taken to examine for microscopic damage.   Some people have camera endoscopy.  Would this be a possibility?   Sending encouragement.  You've found a tribe that understands.
