Stuffy Nose 12 Days After My Period All The Time!

I always get these weird symptoms about 12 days after my period.I feel so moody the least little thing makes me go crazy and I feel kinda crazy.I also get a slight stuffy nose and tired.I have been asking Dr's forever what this means (especially the stuffy nose) and kind of a little like something is in my nose but nothing is there..

I will be seeing a Integrative MD in march but just want to see if any one else have ever dealt with this.

Hopefully someone has dealt with this so I can be ahead of the Dr and help him to find the issue.

I also get another weird thing from time to time where I become a mess. Its seems to have some strange link to hormones but not sure why.

I often get a stuffy nose first then it turns into me blowing my nose with tons of clear stuff (usually thefirst day of this the stuff sits in my head over night and becomes green like an infecton)

right after I use eucylyptus and steam and clear everything then it goes back to tons of clear mucous then I get a sore throat from the drip and then it all stops.

I also sometimes get a weird headache in the middle of my head-deep inside it feels. If I put my head down even a little it would feel like a throbbing pain. This head thing is only once in a while and sometimes happens when all those strange things are going on

I believe I've seen them at Costco still in the shells (in the frozen seafood area), which might be a safe way to go.

A dedicated rack is a great idea if everyone in the house understands and supports the idea, and just to clarify, I didn't recommend just wiping the rack down, but washing it well in soap and hot water.

Thanks, I appreciate you getting back to me.  Sometimes the retailers don't have content info on products they sell and they have rewrapped them with no ingredients list. Guess I'll stick to prepackaged medalions with all the info.

I find that I sometimes have symptoms due to cross-contact with foods that *might* be contaminated in the processing. 100% gluten-free certification is something I look for in every processed food I consume.

I would not be comfortable with just wiping down the rack after a gluten-containing food was cooked on it. When I cook pizza in the oven, my gluten-free pizza goes on the top rack - nothing else is ever placed directly on that top rack, gluten or not. Contact with minute traces of gluten cause me symptoms within a few hours. If I heat a gluten-free roll in my toaster oven, I place it on a small bit of foil so that it does not directly contact the rack that *might* have traces of gluten on it.
