Bloating

I have been gluten-free, Dairy/Casein Free, and Soy free for a year. All my digestive problems have subsided except for bloating.

Is there something that causes bloating or will some of us always have it?

I have no idea what it could be. I don't eat much sodium, I take probiotics and digestive enzymes...could I be getting glutened and not know it?

The only questionable thing in my diet would be whey protein, but on the bottle, it says gluten/dairy/casein free.

What causes bloating? How do you get rid of it? Thank you!!

Do you eat a lot of veggies? That can cause bloating.

I get bloating from eating yeast and other grains as well as sugar or even too much fruit or some other thing I am sensitive to. It can be candida overgrowth or sensitivities. Recently I have gone on a cave man diet and noticed all bloating disappeared. Have added fruit back in but still must be careful as to kind, frequency and amount. Keep a food journal and do a bit of investigating is my best suggestion...
