@CeliacPsycho246, My OCD symptoms resolved after I took supplements of the active form of Pyridoxine B6 called P5P and L-Theanine, an amino acid. Pyridoxine B6 is absorbed from foods or supplements and then must be changed to its active form. P5P is the active form. Inflammation and malabsorption can impede this process. Help with results please. As I have a appt after the New Year.
One positive blood test result means you likely have celiac disease, but to confirm it they may want to do an endoscopy to verify it with biopsies. Unless you have severe symptoms now, you likely should continue eating gluten daily until all testing is completed, and should eat tons of gluten daily in the 2 weeks before an endoscopy.
