Food Tasting Salty
This literally happened to me today I had gluten after not eating it for over 6 months doing the elimination diet has I'm trying to get help with a diagnosis I ate gluten a few days ago and then stopped because I went for my blood test today unfortunately it's not enough has I've now learned from some helpful people on this forum it has to be a lot longer... -

Yes, but it does say it is wheat free. So, if it does contain gluten, it would must have come into contact with barley or rye somehow which isn't very likely. I think a lot of companies with products like this aren't willing to claim gluten free status because they don't want to got through the expense of testing and/or incur the liability risk if some customer...
