A number of the Burts Bees ones are. You can e-mail them for the current list. Mine is years old.

I use their Marshmallow Vanishing Creme in the summer and during the day in the winter. In the evening during the winter I use their Evening Primrose Overnight Creme. The Marshamallow Creme is light weight whereas the Evening Primrose is very heavy. Perfect for Colorado dry winters.

Check out gfsoap.com they have several products that are really good. Also all Body Drench lotions are gluten free, many are made for face and body. If you have a Cosmetics Market nearby they have a couple of product lines that say "gluten free" right on the product boxes, I apologize but I can't remember the name of the product lines right now. I personally use Clinique Yellow Moisturizing Lotion however their entire line is not gluten-free.

Agreed. Dairy is just as bad as gluten for me.

Many probiotics start with growing the bacteria on a dairy substrate leaving traces of dairy in the probiotics.   Many Celiacs react to dairy in the same way as they react to gluten because certain protein chains in dairy resemble gluten protein chains.   @Wheatwacked ferments his own pickles.  Perhaps he can chime in.

The AIP diet does have a vegetarian version.   Dr. Sarah Ballantyne developed the AIP diet for herself and her children, all Celiacs.  The AIP diet has been shown in scientific studies to promote intestinal healing.  You might visit her website.  https://www.thepaleomom.com/
