I am new to all of this, my name is Susan, nice to meet all of you. I just want to say how grateful I am that I don't have to reinvent the wheel. How wonderful it is that I can just put something into the search engine here and find out all kinds of information on questions I have about what I can and can't eat. The first thing I wanted to know was if I could still drink my diet cokes ha ha! Well I was so relieved, it was easy to find out that I can! based on all the research you all have already done! :D There is so much more I have to learn, I will be lurking here a lot, lol, ;) again, thanks a mil. I will be praying for all of you.

Susan

Welcome Susan. This site does make things so much easier. Feel free to ask any questions you need to and venting is allowed also. :) I hope you are feeling better soon.

Welcome to the Forum! It's the best place I've found for info, lively discussion and, best of all, recipes!

I have been using the eye drops every hour and at night the gel drops as well as the heating mask. I have been traveling and kind of slowed on this routine, but it seems to be back a bit more now that I'm back at work (on the computer).  It seems strange to me that I would start getting this after a couple of months into the gluten free diet. Between this, the muscle twitches, the anxiety... I am quite overwhelmed. I can't find much on people whose eyes start getting dry AFTER gluten free.

Welcome to the forum, @warren031945! Use the search tool in the upper right corner of this forum page to find articles addressing your needs. I know there have been articles done on celiac.com dealing with the question of gluten-free cheeses and candies. Whether or not you could find something already put together in one place that is gluten free is another question, however.
